Terms Of Service ᨐฅ
Due to IRL work circumstances, this is to be updated.
General:
≽ܫ≼ You will be messaged via Instagram, Discord, Messenger, or BlueSky once your commission is in process.𐂯 I don't have set times to complete commissions. I try to provide a rough estimate, but I cannot guarantee it. Things often come up, and my life can be hectic/busy. Patient clients are heavily appreciated. If you require your commission by a specific date, please let me know before payment so we can discuss a priority fee.
𐂯 Please don’t ask for constant updates — I’ll notify you when progress is made. If I’m pestered excessively, your commission may be canceled and refunded.
𐂯 You must have a clear reference sheet. Additionally, I can make you a design with just a mood board and full artistic liberty, or you can let me know some personal notes on what you'd like.
Personal rejection:
≽ܫ≼ I have the right to refuse a commission and cancel a commission if I receive poor treatment from the client or the contents of the requested artwork make me uncomfortable.
Rules to crediting my work:
≽ܫ≼ I hold the right to all artwork, and Vrchat retextures that are created by me, and they may not be used by anyone else other than the client unless special permission is granted. I hold the rights to post the commissions on any social media platform, for any purposes, whether it be advertisements or to simply post it. You, however, fully hold the right to request that it not be posted.
My art may NOT be used for NFT's or AI elements. If the artwork is uploaded to any social media platform, my watermark must be shown in the post and may not be removed or cropped out; full credit must be given. If the credit is not given, it will be considered stolen, and consequences will be put into place, whether that be simply blacklisting or potential legal action.
My retexture work MUST be credited. When posted, you must add somewhere that I was the one who did the retexture work. Additionally, it'll be in the description of the avatar. You may NOT remove this.
Payment:
≽ܫ≼ Payment must be made in full via PayPal or Zelle, but we can also discuss other payment methods. I offer payment plans for the more expensive art or VrChat avatar commissions. Which will need to be discussed individually.
Your avatar will NOT be uploaded until full payment is received.
Refunds:
≽ܫ≼ I will only provide a full refund if I need to cancel the commission for any reason. Whether it's within a reason or due to complications and I'm unable to complete it. I will not issue refunds otherwise. You acknowledge that once you have sent your money, it will not be returned unless something personal comes up with me.
Uploading avatars:
≽ܫ≼ I will upload your VrChat avatar directly to your account. However, if it doesn't work, or you're not comfortable with me having access to your login, it will be uploaded to my account, and you must clone it off me to receive it.IMPORTANT NOTE: If uploaded to my account, you acknowledge that the avatar will be public. This means it could be accidentally cloned off you, or even found in an avatar search world. I do not hold responsibility for what happens to it if that's the case.
With commissioning me, you acknowledge the following, AND to treat me as a human being.
≽ܫ≼Do NOT rush me. This causes stress, and if I do rush, it means your avatar quality will be heavily flawed. I don't have a set TAT. It's okay to pop in and check on progress; however, if you harass me daily/frequently after I gave you a clear response, I will refund & blacklist. I don't take rude behavior.
That being said, poor manners and disrespect will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances.

Quest compatibility: +$20 (only applicable if the base is PC only).
Any additional assets. Such as horns, hair, etc. You, as the client, are responsible for covering those.
Additional charges may be added if your character is COMPLEX, or if I have to do base editing.
